Heathfield Silver Band played to a large and appreciative crowd at Mayfield Bonfire last Saturday, at the second bonfire of our season. In the final High Street procession we played Sussex by the Sea continuously, accompanied in the last few minutes by a heavy downpour. But this didn’t deter us - the band played on!
